The lodge features 308 single rooms in two styles, Wi-Fi in all rooms and throughout the lodge, a fitness area, recreation room, Internet café, free self-service laundry, daily housekeeping, 24-hour security and ample parking.

The large dining area will provide our guests with access to beverages and snacks 24/7 as well as three great meals per day prepared onsite by our experienced Target Logistics chefs. As we look forward to 2012, we can't help but look back on the remarkable year that was 2011. In just 12 months, Target Logistics constructed two new lodges with over 1,000 bedrooms, tripled the size of an existing lodge, purchased and remodeled a hotel, and built a $3 million wastewater treatment facility and an RV park. In 2011, Target Logistics:

• Built an insulated Central Corridor at the Tioga Lodge that is over 1,000 feet long – that's almost a quarter-mile and the longest corridor in North Dakota!
• Constructed 100 fully-equipped RV spots at Tioga Lodge
• Designed, engineered and constructed a new wastewater treatment plant capable of treating 180,000 gallons of waste a day, resulting in treated water being reused in the oil fields for fracturing or in agricultural fields for irrigation
• Invested another $104 million in assets and infrastructure in North Dakota, bringing our two-year total to over $150 million
