Director of Procurement

Mike Headley is responsible for all phases of sourcing and procurement for Target Logistics, including development of standards for asset purchases, contract negotiation and program implementation. Mike has over thirty years of experience in logistics, sourcing, and supply-chain management and, most recently, was at Key Energy Services where he managed procurement and supply chain management. He also held similar positions at Aegis Mortgage Corporation, Baker Hughes, AZKO Nobel and Halliburton (IMCO Services).

Some of his key accomplishments include setting standards for oil field equipment (including blow out preventers and national modes of transportation and housing strategies) as well as negotiating utility contracts that resulted in over $10 million in savings. Mike has a business degree from Peru State College, is a member of the Institute of Supply Chain Management and has served on the advisory board of both Staples and Xerox. Mike operates out of our Houston office.
