Vice President of Construction

Stan Katz is responsible for overseeing the construction of all Target Logistics projects including Bear Paw and Tioga Lodges in North Dakota. He is currently working on the construction of Target's newest facilities in Dunn County, North Dakota and Carrizo Springs Texas.

Stan has over forty years experience in the industry building and supplying remote workforce housing to groups ranging from Chevron-Daniels to the United States Air Force. He also has overseen construction for major international events including the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. While Stan is based out of our Houston offices, most days will find him on-site at any one of many construction projects.
