Vice President of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Suzan Doucette is responsible for developing the HR function to support Target Logistics' rapid growth, while maintaining its entrepreneurial and employee-focused culture.  

Prior to joining Target Logistics, Suzan was the VP of HR at the Mayo Group, a company supporting restaurant, construction and property management businesses. During her tenure, the company grew from 90 to 400 employees and Suzan had the opportunity to partner with senior management to set up systems and policies to support growth, improve retention, and meet high-volume recruiting needs.  In addition, Suzan has provided leadership in HR roles at high-growth companies such as NaviSite and Lightbridge.  She also brings experience in all aspects of HR – compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, training, compensation and benefits, and IT/administration.

Suzan has a bachelor's degree from University of Lowell, and is a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and Society for HR Management.
